We provide child care and elder care referral services through our employee assistance programs, but do not offer child care on the premises.

What is your telecommuting policy?

At the discretion of their manager, employees may be provided telecommuting opportunities, if appropriate, based on their roles and responsibilities. Due to the nature of the health-care field, we do not have an official telecommuting policy.

What flexible job opportunities does your company support?

In the clinical areas, there are flexible shift options which include 4-hour, 8-hour, 10- hour and 12-hour shifts, staggered schedules, weekend alternatives (evening, night and weekend differentials), float pool and self scheduling for some areas. Other flexible work schedule options include:

We offer employee tuition and reimbursement programs and scholarships for students majoring in health-care related fields. Our employee Education Institute offers a variety of classes covering diverse topics, such as continuing education programs, certifications, career, leadership, professional and organizational development.

Does your company offer commuting benefits?

We offer the WageWorks Commuter Program for employees to purchase a commuter pass with pre-tax dollars which may result in up to 40 percent potential cost savings.
