Summary:
At Tonic bar in Mount Pleasant, bartender Patrice Hammond puts her own twist on an apple martini by topping it off with champagne. She refers to it as the Jessica, after a colleague.

Ingredients:
- 1 ounce apple pucker
- 1 ounce Smirnoff brand apple vodka
- Splash pineapple juice
- champagne
Directions:
In a cocktail shaker, combine the apple pucker, apple vodka and pineapple juice with ice. Shake and strain into a martini glass. Top with champagne to taste.
