Summary:
This is a lovely warm-weather cocktail that really showcases the vermouth.

Ingredients:
- Ice
- 3 ounces dry vermouth, such as Noilly Prat
- 1/2 ounce creme de cassis
- Splash club soda
Directions:
Fill a highball (tall) glass with ice. Add the vermouth and creme de cassis. Top with club soda and stir to mix well.
