Summary:
One of the great forgotten cocktails, the Jack Rose is the classic drink that uses applejack as its main ingredient.

Ingredients:
- Ice
- 1 1/2 ounces applejack
- 3/4 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1/4 ounce grenadine
Directions:
Fill two-thirds of a cocktail shaker with ice, add the liquid ingredients and shake vigorously. Strain into a martini glass.
