New-Age Gibson

Ingredients:
- Ice
- 2 ounces gin, preferably Tanqueray or Bombay Sapphire
- 1/2 ounce Saffron-Infused Vermouth (see related recipe)
- 2 or 3 Saffron Cocktail Onions (see related recipe)
Directions:
Fill a shaker two-thirds full of ice and add the gin and vermouth. Shake well, then strain into a martini glass. Garnish with the onions.
