Sweet and Salty Popcorn

Summary:

Popcorn can be a healthful snack, provided you use a reduced-fat brand, which is also often lower in sodium. The snack is a good source of fiber and made all the more appealing to children here with the addition of maple sugar.

Ingredients:

Directions:

Place the maple sugar in a large bowl.
Pop the popcorn according to package directions.
Add the popped popcorn to the maple sugar and toss vigorously until the popcorn is evenly coated. Season with sea salt to taste. Serve immediately.
