GS5 LLC

GS5, a Virginia-based Limited Liability Company (LLC), is an 8(a) certified Small Disadvantaged Business providing a range of acquisition and business management support services and products to Intelligence and Command and Control community of the federal government, with the Department of Defense (DOD), the company's principal customer. Privately owned since July 2003, the company has demonstrated tremendous business savvy and staying power, resulting in a 62% three year average increase in personnel and a 98% three year average increase in revenue. The company's past performance and superior relationship with the Small Business Administration have proven extremely successful as evidenced by set-aside prime contract awards to support DISA's Global Command and Control System -- Joint program, Net Enabled Command Capability Program Component Program Management Office, and Program Executive Office for Command and Control Capabilities. In addition, GS5 has also been awarded prime contracts supporting the Counter Improvised Explosive Device Operations Integration Center, the United States Army Counterintelligence and Human Intelligence Automated Reporting and Collection Systems, and the Defense Intelligence Agency. GS5's superior reputation and past performance has also enabled it to team with several large businesses. GS5 core competencies include all aspects of program management, product test and configuration management. Leveraging its superior knowledge of the intelligence and command and control acquisition domain, GS5 developed an innovative, fully network-enabled data management tool; the tool provides an automated solution integrating various programmatic functions -- supporting the formulation of essential performance, financial and budget planning documentation -- and is capable of mapping data to produce a program's budget submission, performance measurement baseline, performance metrics and earned value management indices.
