Knowledge Consulting Group (KCG) is a certified Small Business with core competency in Information Security support and Enterprise Infrastructure design and operations. KCG is currently a subcontractor to ManTech on the JCON BPA for two task orders, and also on two task orders in support of the FTTTF. KCGs federal clients (as a prime contractor) include the Counterintelligence Field Activity (CIFA), Foreign Terrorist Tracking Task Force (FTTTF), Transportation Security Administration (TSA), Health and Human Services (HHS), and the Department of Justice (DoJ). As a subcontractor, KCG supports the FBI, NASA, DISA, DIA and Veterans Affairs. Their Information Security expertise ranges from the operation of a Central Incident Response Center (CIRC) to the development and implementation of the policies and procedures to manage a cyber security operation and the operational management of that environment. Client support includes Certification and Accreditation (C&A) support, risk assessment, vulnerability assessment, policy development and implementation and architecture design and implementation as well as the management and operation of a Security Operations Center (SOC). C&A support follows DITSCAP, NIACAP, DCID 6/3, NIST 800 series and FISMA regulations. Over 90% of KCG staff hold clearances and 78% of their staff are cleared at the Top Secret, SCI (TS/SCI) level. KCG employees hold a variety of IT certifications. The most common are CISSP, Security+, Network+, MCSE, CCNA, and SANS GCIH and GIAC. From an Enterprise Infrastructure KCG addresses the entire life cycle spectrum of the Enterprise Environment from design and implementation of the Enterprise -- including network design, implementation and operation -- to storage management and securing the Enterprise. Client support includes the design and implementation phase to operations, disaster recovery and performance metrics development and ongoing measurement for both classified and unclassified environments.
