IIS provides the right knowledge at the right time, enabling our customers to make timely and accurate decisions to achieve mission goals of national significance. IIS employs more then 9,000 people worldwide with major hubs in the Mid Atlantic Region, Aurora, CO, and national Headquarters in Garland, TX, IIS generated $3.2 billion in 2009 revenue.

Raytheon NetOps and Information Solutions (formerly Houston Associates, Inc., headquartered in Arlington, VA) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Raytheon Company. Houston previously specialized in the engineering, operation, management and maintenance of mission-critical, high-performance networks that support the communication of integrated voice, data, video and imagery in a wide-area environment. Clients included the U.S. Department of Defense; Federal, state and local government; and the commercial manufacturing and industrial markets.

Raytheon Network Centric Systems (NCS), headquartered in McKinney, Texas, develops and produces mission solutions for networking, command and control, battlespace awareness, and air traffic management. Programs include civilian applications, command and control systems, integrated communications systems, and netted sensor systems. NCS serves all branches of the United States military, the National Guard, the Department of Homeland Security, the Federal Aviation Administration, and other U.S. national security agencies, as well as international customers.

Raytheon Technical Services Company (RTSC) provides technical, scientific and professional services for defense, federal and commercial customers worldwide. The business specializes in Mission Support, integrated training solutions, counter-proliferation and counter-terrorism, base and range operations and customized engineering services.

Raytheon UTD, acquired as UTD, Inc. in 2005, provides engineering and scientific analysis, site and facilities assessments, and technology development to over twenty federal, state and local government agencies on four continents. With annual revenue in excess of $25 million, Raytheon UTD has served the Department of Defense and its military, research and intelligence components with distinction performing: facility engineering design and analysis; test bed design, construction and operation; sensor system demonstration and analysis; and hostile, foreign operation characterization and analysis.
