Washington Post Review

I was expecting something on the order of a typical real-time strategy game with Perimeter: Emperor's Testament, perhaps with heavy sci-fi elements. I was not expecting to fall down a rabbit hole into a strange, colorful wonderland. Perimeter is a strategy title, but it mixes puzzle-game elements, which can be confusing for those expecting a big tank rush.
