Washington Post Review
Anyone who has played with Lego Star Wars toys over the years knows how perfect this licensing marriage is. It also works on the video-game front, as Lego Star Wars topped last year's sales charts. With Lego Star Wars II: The Original Trilogy, gamers are once again in for a fun, addictive adventure that spins a tongue-in-cheek yarn based on George Lucas's original trilogy. Like "The Empire Strikes Back" film, this sequel improves on the original experience, with deeper gameplay, better level design, more humor and more freedom to customize and explore. Although there's still no online multiplayer option, this game offers a vastly improved two-player cooperative mode. A second player can jump in and out of a game at any time.
