Washington Post Review
A lot of people like role-playing games, and others like real-time strategy titles. So you would think combining the two would create a game everyone loved. Unfortunately, these genres usually mix about as well as chocolate and scrambled eggs. The original "SpellForce" tried to change that but generally failed. "SpellForce 2" patches a lot of holes but still doesn't quite get the mix right.
