Why should voters elect you?

"I am the most qualified candidate for the job. I have the most experience in working with District government, private businesses and the local community."

What do you think is the most urgent problem facing your jurisdiction?

"Our failing public schools. Our schools are not educating our children to prepare them to compete in the globalized economy and world they will live in tomorrow. Our dropout rates is one of the highest in the country. Without marketable skills to compete, our children fall into dead-end jobs or worse, get involved in crime and wind up dead or in prison. Often our children become functionally illiterate adults who have little to contribute to society. Our schools are supposed to prepare our children to become the leaders of tomorrow. We are failing our children."
