Why should voters elect you?

"Strong commitment to community involvement and a belief that change is necessary. Our children are our future; a mind is a terrible thing to waste."

What do you think is the most urgent problem facing your jurisdiction?

"Ideas of vocational/technical training centers for our young adults, because I believe that if we properly educate and engage our young adults to compete in today's ever-changing economy, we will ensure a positive and crime-free future for our community. Economic development, reopen Benning and Anacostia libraries, affordable housing, health care (reopen D.C. General), economic incentives for small businesses. Most important: Keep our youths and young adults from entering into the legal system. Provide more positive role models. We have the opportunity to stop youth lawlessness and engage our young people in a constructive, positive way of life."
