What do you think is the most urgent problem facing your jurisdiction?
"Ward 4 urgently requires a holistic solution to youth development, a key community-building block of the Bass platform to improve the quality of life in our ward. That means involving the civic associations and business community in the improvement of both public and charter schools. It also means ensuring a supportive and nurturing home environment and community-based activities that contribute to the development of our youths. Thus, we need to support programs that empower families with children who have more potential than is being realized."
