What do you think is the most urgent problem facing your jurisdiction?
"In Ward 7, a few do very well while the majority face an increasingly stressful future promising deliberate resource shortages in wealth, education, health, employment, housing, recreation, transportation and public services. These stresses generate poverty, high mortality rates, chronic illnesses, substance and domestic abuse, violent crime, poor academic performance, homelessness, destabilized families and vulnerability to epidemics like HIV.
Politics is 'competition for control of resources.' Residents of Ward 7 must mount a powerful, collective and self-confident campaign to acquire the resources assuring a steadily improving quality of life and promoting the best of our humanity."
