Why should voters elect you?

"I love serving my community and this region. I want to work to see the important projects I helped start come to fruition."

What do you think is the most urgent problem facing your jurisdiction?

"Redevelopment of the New Hampshire Avenue corridor. This new development will bring much-needed affordable housing, new retail to increase the city's tax base and improved public safety. It will also create public spaces where people from all over the world who reside here can better create a sense of community, a sense of place. In order to make what we imagine a reality, we need to forge closer relationships with other local governments and with the state. By combining the pragmatic with the progressive, Takoma Park will continue to be the area's best place to live."
