"Uncontrolled and mismanaged development. The proposed revision of the city's zoning code will have far-reaching impacts on development and redevelopment in the city for the next 20 to 30 years. Getting it right requires leadership and flexibility throughout the necessary, comprehensive, informed and transparent public review and policy debate process before enacting any revised ordinance."
