Why should voters elect you?
I have demonstrated success in articulating a creative vision for the future, and in consensus building. Community roots; my son is a student at RMHS.
What do you think is the most urgent problem facing your jurisdiction?
Rockville is a wonderful community, but with a rapidly growing population, it is also a city in transition. Preserving the 'home town' character of Rockville's many neighborhoods while ensuring that infrastructure and services keep up with growth is the major challenge of moving Rockville forward. Working together we can meet this challenge by balancing growth with road, transit and school capacities; coordinating Rockville's agenda with the county and state; improving public safety through focused initiatives; investing in a clean environment; introducing efficiencies to provide tax relief without sacrificing quality services; conducting council business with dignity.
