Why should voters elect you?
As a father with three children in the school system, I understand the issues facing parents and taxpayers, and I am committed to finding solutions.
What do you think is the most urgent problem facing your jurisdiction?
Overcrowding has reached critical levels in many Brentsville schools. New schools are opening at full capacity in areas where additional growth is expected. Existing schools are adding trailers to accommodate extra students without providing additional capacity for restrooms, library facilities or cafeteria space. The School Board must work with the board of county supervisors to speed up construction of new schools and to control growth in districts where overcrowding is most severe. The new high school must be built on time.
What is your plan to address the traffic problems in Virginia?
Unfortunately, School Board members have no control over transportation funding or traffic solutions.
Do you think current policies governing growth & development in your area are too restrictive, not restrictive enough or just right?
not restrictive enough
