Why should voters elect you?
My extensive background in psychology, economics and business offers the electorate a more effective public servant.
What do you think is the most urgent problem facing your jurisdiction?
The most urgent problem facing Maryland's 4th Congressional District is education. The Washington Post reported that 33 percent of students dropped out of high school in Prince George's County. In addition, the school systems in our district have not been desegregated. The lack of opportunity has contributed to increased crime rates. I propose creating a voucher system. This would create a free market for education and promote competition among school systems. Outstanding schools would attract students, while underperforming schools would go out of business. Poor and middle-class students would be completely subsidized to attend the school of their choice.
