I have held this office for the past two years and gained significant experience in resolving disputes among litigants in our county.
What do you think is the most urgent problem facing your jurisdiction?
Our court's most significant problem is the rising number of cases being filed. We need to continue our efforts to encourage and facilitate the mediation of cases before they are filed in court so we can preserve our limited judicial resources and permit those cases already in the court system to be resolved as quickly as possible.
