What do you think is the most urgent problem facing your jurisdiction?
Maryland's 4th District has been represented by the same congressman for the past 15 years. As an incumbent, he voted for the Iraq war and the Patriot Act. Habeas corpus has been suspended, and taxes are on the rise. The most urgent problem for all Americans is returning to the Constitution as the rule of law in this nation. This document protects our rights and our liberties. In accordance with the oath of office, I will support and defend the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic, and 'bear true faith and allegiance to the same.'
