What do you think is the most urgent problem facing your jurisdiction?

"Students seem to lack responsibility toward themselves both in school and at home. Problems with students' consumption of alcohol and drugs are too often the causes of traffic accidents on county roads; lack of parental attention are causes of students' misbehavior and poor academic performance in school. These are results, perhaps, of poor school reading curriculum that had been implemented at elementary levels, an inadequate curriculum for not having instilled in our children the proper sense of knowing the rights from wrongs, responsibility toward family, responsibility toward society, the sense of duty toward the country and the world."
