Why should voters elect you?
I would hope voters elect someone who they feel is honest and sincere and who has the integrity to make the right decisions.
What do you think is the most urgent problem facing your jurisdiction?
The 1st District faces many problems, ranging from an explosion of growth to a slowdown in the economy. My constituents are feeling the pinch of the tax increases at the state level, and we need to do everything we can to lessen that burden, not increase it. Illegal immigration continues to be a big concern for my district, and we need to secure our borders first. I have supported doing what it takes to make our country safe both from illegals who come here and from terrorists.
